With aging, the jawline grows slack, and folds and fat deposits appear
around the neck A facelift can set back the clock and improve the
visible signs of aging by removing excess fat, tighten the underlying
muscle and redrape the skin of the face and neck. A facelift can be done
alone or in conjunction with eyelid surgery or a forehead or browlift.
Suspension sutures are used to achieve longer lasting results.

Forehead lift or browlift corrects drooping brow and improves the
horizontal lines and furrows that can make a person appear angry or
tired. The muscles and tissues that cause the furrowing or drooping are
removed or altered to smooth the forehead, raise the eyebrows and
minimize the frown lines. This can be done using the conventional
surgical method, in which the incision is hidden just behind the hairline;
or it may be performed with the use of an endoscope, a viewing
instrument that allows the procedure to be performed with minimal
incisions. A browlift can be performed alone or at the same time as a
facelift.

Blepharoplasty |

Blepharoplasty is done to remove the excess fat and drooping skin of
the upper eyelids, minimize bags under the eyes, and tighten the lower
eyelid skin. The fat in the lower eyelids is draped onto the anterior part
of the cheekbone to achieve smoothness and an aesthetically better
looking eyelid. The result is a more alert and rested appearance. Asian
eyes are improved to enhance their beauty by creating a fold on the
upper eyelid.

| Rhinoplasty |

Rhinoplasty is a surgery to reshape the nose. We can reshape the
tip or the bridge, narrow the span of the nostril, or change the angle
between the nose and lip. The plan is discussed on consultation.
Surgery is done intranasally so that there is no visible scar, or in more
difficult nasal reshaping procedures, an external scar is used at the
base of the columella.
Chin augmentation is a procedure to increase the size
of the chin. The
incision is done intra-orally, thereby making the scar invisible. A chin
implant may be used to shape the jaw, or a surgical osteotomy, a bony
procedure, is done to increase the prominence of the chin.
