Dr. Rai will be going on an Operation Rainbow mission from February 13 – 22, 2012 to Cambodia where they will be operating on children with facial deformities. The host of the mission is Dr. Sarom.

Plastic surgeons from North America will attend this conference.   The focus is on cosmetic surgery.    Dr. Rai will be presenting a paper on breast augmentation.
